Last week, Miss Leggatt took two sixth year pupils, Emilie Sandy 6G1 and Ryan Bissoonauth 6G2 to Sam Burns Yard at Prestonpans on Monday 1 November. They were looking for a chair to use in the up coming drama production of Sweeny Todd.
The group were successful in purchasing a swivel chair suitable for converting into a gothic barbers chair. The sixth year helpers will be doing the practical conversion in the Design Technology workshops in the next few weeks ready for the show just prior to Christmas.

Shortly all S1 pupils will have a copy of the East Lothian Numeracy booklet. The booklet shows strategies for numeracy techniques/skills across learning.
